Prerequisites
Before you begin this tutorial, you have to create an Experience Cloud site (i.e. a Community) using the Customer Service template in Salesforce and have the Coveo for Salesforce application installed in your organization and linked to a Coveo organization. You should also have completed the following courses (unless you’re already familiar with the material therein):
- Introduction to Coveo Case Assist
- Preparing a Case Assist Implementation
- Creating a Coveo Quantic Search Page
- Working knowledge and understanding of Salesforce LWC and SFD
NOTE: This training is aimed at seasoned developers so we assume you have knowledge of web components deployment practices.
